To achieve this, Sthapati Interiors Pvt. Ltd. recognizes that a Quality Management System is needed to ensure sound discipline for the process, increased confidence in effective working and reliability of service. It is therefore in the interests of both Client and Consultant.


The architectural services offered by the Company involves a combination of design and management and is carried through by creative and professional people. At the same time it is recognized that even the most imaginative design concepts are of little use if they fail to meet the client’s requirements. Therefore, the Quality System will be applied sensitively and appropriately to suit the particular needs of the projects. A “Projects Quality Plan” will be put in place for each major commission undertaken by the Practice which will take into consideration the scale, complexity, budget and time constraints when these are identified. This is the Sthapati Interiors Pvt. Ltd. policy agreed by the Board of Directors.

The responsibility for ensuring that the Sthapati Interiors Pvt. Ltd. Quality System is implemented, rests with the QA Director. He keeps the Board of Directors aware of the status and adequacy of the Company’s Quality System and make recommendations for any policy changes. He also ensure that the system is audited regularly and that any non-compliance of ineffectiveness is corrected promptly.

The introduction of Quality Assurance into our office is seen as an important part of project management within the practice. It is intended to achieve the following objectives to maintain the highest professional standards for all projects undertaken by the office:
